Hello! My name is Gabrielle DeVilliers, but you can call me Gabby.

It all began in 2015 when I discovered the transformative power of weight training. At 19 years old, I was captivated by how it made me feel – empowered, strong, and happier. What started as a personal passion soon evolved into a mission to help others experience the same positive changes in their lives.

Driven by my love for the gym, I began bringing friends along and showing them the ropes. Witnessing their progress ignited a newfound passion within me – guiding others towards a healthier, more active lifestyle. I realized that fitness wasn't just about physical strength; it also had a profound impact on mental well-being and body appreciation. For me, fitness was about having fun & learning more about myself.

Eager to delve deeper into the science behind exercise, I embarked on a journey in kinesiology. Over the past five years, I've immersed myself in the study of anatomy, physiology, and various fitness modalities. From strength training to cardio, from health and wellness to exercise for healthy living, every course i’ve taken has enriched my understanding of the human body and its capabilities. I find the study of the body is fascinating!

The pandemic of 2020 brought unprecedented challenges, shutting down gyms and recreational centers. Amidst this setback, I discovered pole dance fitness, a new avenue for physical and mental growth. Pole dancing challenged me in ways I never could have imagined, introducing me to a unique form of movement and strength. Through this experience, I rediscovered my love for resistance training as it became my greatest tool in improving my pole fitness abilities.

Now, as I near the completion of my degree at Sac State, I stand at the intersection of two worlds – fitness training and pole dancing. Blending these disciplines, I aspire to empower women to feel confident, strong and beautiful in their bodies. I share my passion for pole fitness through teaching lessons and now I’m so excited to be able to offer personal training as well.

I understand the intimidation many feel in gym settings and the confusion caused by misinformation in the fitness industry amidst social media influencers.But my mission extends beyond just physical fitness. I believe in holistic health – the integration of movement, nutrition, and mental well-being. In a society often swayed by quick-fix solutions and pharmaceutical interventions, I aim to challenge the status quo. I'm committed to promoting the idea that true health comes from within – through nourishing our bodies with wholesome foods and staying active in ways our bodies feel their best.

With my educational background and firsthand experience, I am committed to providing accurate health information and personalized guidance. My goal is to help you achieve your best self, both physically and mentally. With dedication and attention to your individual needs, together, we'll embark on a journey towards greater health and happiness.
